Thank You! Almost Spring Wine Tasting
Thank you to all of our Club Members & Wine Locker Members who attended the March Almost Spring Wine Tasting! Kevin Anderson, Director of Food & Beverage for Flying Horse, shares his thoughts on our first tasting event of the year:
It was “Rose All Day” and a “Champagne Campaign”! Aside from that, our biggest sellers were Daou wines from Paso Robles. Not surprising, Paso has been a wine region pushing out crowd pleasing wines at affordable prices while regions to the North (Napa/Sonoma) are still charging and getting ultra-premium prices for their wines.
Attendees raved about the live music by Ryan Flores (who also performs regularly at the Tack Room).
Members loved the selection of wines, friendly vendors and absolutely the best pricing on these wines to be found.
Approximately 10-15 wines can be ordered on our Club Wine List!
This tasting was a great way to stock up on incredible wines that can also be enjoyed here at Flying Horse.
