Kevin Anderson is a 25 year veteran of the food and beverage industry. As the Food and Beverage Manager for The Club at Flying Horse, Kevin not only brings his significant experience and leadership but also a passion to provide next level service and comfort to all guests in his care.

Kevin has a wealth of hospitality experience to include the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, CA, and Mastros Restaurant group. Most recently Kevin served as the Food and Beverage Director for El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, California where, as part of the leadership team, he was responsible for all Food and Beverage operations for this prestigious neighborhood club.

Kevin was born and raised in Southern California. His hospitality career began as a caddie in the local desert oasis of Palm Springs, Ca. While a student of the nearby Tony Manzoni School of Golf Management, Kevin worked at some of the area’s most exclusive private clubs including The Vintage Club, The Quarry, and Bighorn. Upon returning home to Orange County Kevin joined the team at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, one of the oldest private clubs in Orange County. From there, he moved on to serving and managing at a variety of restaurants and clubs throughout Southern California’s desert and coastal areas.

In 2000, capitalizing on his deep love of wine, Kevin became part of the Wine Education team at Robert Mondavi Corporation where he learned a more gracious and humble approach to teaching about and enjoying wine.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing with his son Gavin, mountain bike riding with his daughter Scarlett and dining his way through the local food scene with his wife Jen. He is excited and feels very fortunate to be relocating with his family and two puppies to an incredible community like Colorado Springs.
